Program description

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Flexway Advisory Group LLC (DBA Flexway Funding Group). Messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, updates about your funding review or application, requests for documents, and replies to questions you've asked us. We do not send marketing messages to anyone who has not opted in.

How you opt in

You opt in by entering your phone number and checking the SMS consent box on one of our web forms, by texting us first, or by giving us verbal consent during a call and confirming it by text. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on where you are in the process. Typically you can expect a few messages around scheduled calls and while a funding review is active.

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.
